Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that is practiced throughout the world as an effective exercise for health.


Tai Chi consists of fluid, gentle movements that are relaxed

and slow in tempo. Tai Chi has been shown to contribute to many aspects of health, including improving balance and posture, building muscle strength and stamina, and improving concentration and memory.


Alice Kuramoto has studied Tai Chi since 1982 and has over 16 years experience teaching the Sun style Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong.  She is qualified in teaching  older adults.
